Do you mean the Act II demo? Well, it can be snagged over yonder, I believe: https://loveandwartherpg.com/downloads/Law2-DEMO.zip It's very old and creaky, but still... (Also, it would be best to load the save file provided, trying to copy and paste an old one will lead to all sorts of bugs, I fear!)

Are further parts still planned? I know it's been a while, but I remember really loving this game and wanting to know what happened next. Just curious!
About that, well... It would be fair to say that progress on Act II stalled, after various setbacks. I then threw my energy into the side project MGL, but then that also had more, disheartening setbacks! I feel like I need help, but I don't think that's in the cards. So I guess I'm at a loss as to how to proceed. :(
