I pretty much gathered Emily was an indie from her "I want there to be an indie in this game" post so I can believe this claim.

I mean I literally do want there to be indies in almost every mafia game. I forget which game, but I even explicitly posted as much in a recent deadchat, too. I used to play on another forum, and like 90% of their games had indies in them.

Demon, If you are indie, then I want you to keep using alignment cop. Assuming you don't get NK'ed for it (I'm unsure why you even revealed that ability for a read of an indie). The game will end sooner, which is safer for those of us who just need to survive.

I'm also sorry for LattMackey who needs to make sense of all this in his first mafia game :P

Muffle's ability doesn't sound particularly scummy, but Ozzy's definitely does. Three scum would be very spicy for a 9 player game, but we were warned that this was unbalanced. I'm going to have to reread D1 under those assumptions.

I asked odd last night and he said alignment isn't revealed on death. Not sure if that was in the rules somewhere and I overlooked it. As of right now, I know there are at least 2 indies in the game. This means if odd was scum, we'd have 3 scum, 2 indies, and a minimum of 4 town.

I suppose it's silly to ask how you know this?

I honestly have no real reads on anyone yet for scum or not. Based on their interactions, I feel like Fomar and Tale could be scum together, as well as possibly Cave and Demon. Which isn't really helpful without more information.

I do have this inkling CAVE might be an indie. But I also just want there to be indies in like every game of mafia, so who knows.

Or maybe this game is unbalanced because there is a secret cult. If I disappear under mysterious circumstances, assume there is a secret cult, and they killed me to protect the truth.

That is sarcasm right? I for one have been very greatful to my union and the other unions in my sector for standing up for us during the past couple of months.

I feel ike 72 hours would be better, otherwise with timezones you don't get much interaction with the people who don't overlap and if you're worried about how long the game will last, hammers happen earlier usually (day 1 is often the exception to that rule though).

We were promised a bad setup, and a bad setup we shall have!
