Story of Integra
Lyrion lives in Starshine next to stones, north from Moonnest. You need to have him in party when you go in his home.
You can take ship to Capitol so you can sail with it later (I`m pretty certain you cant take it to the lost temple but you may try). I would finish the lost temple before much else if i were you (pick some glow flower from swamp area). After LT you should be able to clear other quests.

Just curious - I'm 11 hours in the game and I have 16 side quests - I'm at levels 17, 18 & 19 and cannot beat any of the side quest bosses - what level do you suggest ? Thanks !
You do have 4 characters right? Integra + 3 others. Again I`m curious which party you are using..? :)
Those skull quests are really challenging if you try them before you have almost completed the main quest. I wish they were made a bit more accessible. My advice is that go to the Lost Temple as it opens. There are no where near as challenging bosses as most skull quests present.
Lost Temple is more like a test of endurance and you find a ship for Myira quite early when you go there (at the beach after you face harpies). Stack up like 99 ethers and 99 potions to go further and start crawling. You find some pretty decent gear there (and levels) and after you have done it, you dont have to backtrack or anything. There is a portal before final battles between the end of Lost Temple and Capitol/Moonnest/Sewallon and you should be ready for the skull marked sidequests and sailing to new places. I really like that part of the game. Knackbay is very fun island city.
Propaply most boring part of the game is when you reach Moonnest and start tracking the queen + Lost Temple as there is not much else you are equipped to do. After that you should be having pretty good time smashing those bosses that previously brought you troubles and completing personal quests. Also Barrier Stones are pretty good defencive items for Bosses. You can buy those from Arcane University or from Capitol in front of the Mage Guild.

Hmm.. I guess you picked wrong ones then. I had no trouble there. Just out of curiosiy what team you are using as your main?
Do you have save file before you started accusing people? You could try again. Search manor for all clues (i wrote them on paper) and then put things together. Quest is optional so no real harm done in anycase but i think it would certainly be nice to get the quest cleared no matter how you do it.

Game starts as generic light RPG with stomachable story and for most part it is just that. Exploring is rewarded and further you advance the more quests you get. Without ingame journal it would be pain to keep up what you need to do. At the end I get a bit Chrono Triggery feeling when whole world is open in terms that you have like 10 sidequests you may accomplish in any order you desire. Some of those endgame sidequests are actually quite nicely constructed. "eater of souls" amused me like no other quest in a long time. Also some of the harder fights are available after just couple hours of playtime (with skull-mark warning on journal) so if you like challenges you may try those out earlier than you should.
Most dungeons are very short and straight forwarded without many chances to get lost. If you are in need of good old 16bit light RPG and you dont mind it having some PC RPG elements you could do a lot worse than this.
