The city is also known for it's legendary 'Dead Dwarf Whiskey'.

I'm sorry to hear that. I did warn that the game did in fact have an intense difficulty level, but as confirmed by my testers, the game was in fact playable. That being said, I will take your input to make an "Easy mode" for Hero's Sword. I am terribly sorry that you are only accustomed to today's RPG's, and not the classics that I grew up on. I do hope that you will find more joy in playing the 'Easy Mode" patch when it is completed. Thank you for your review :D

Wow I didn't know they did that. As if this game couldn't get any more annoying.

Yeah, I just started playing this today, and I am sorry to say it but this is one of the most annoying games I have ever played.

Your characters are too slow in relation to most of the enemies in the game, and the evasion of most of these baddies are too high. Battles can last for at least 10 minutes simply because the enemies keep evading attacks and/or healing themselves. To name an example: THOSE F*CKING JELLIES! The damage you do to them when you are just starting out isn't enough to KO them in one turn (not even with Sanu and Weigram ganging on one enemy in the troop) and the little punks are not only way faster than you, they keep healing, attacking, healing an ally on the enemy troop, healing, more healing, dodging, and did I mention healing!? To make it worse, you put about 5 of these per troop. Even worse? Because the speed difference is so great, it's almost impossible to run from them, so you have to endure one of the most obnoxious fights in RPG gaming history. You also need to grind in this game, too, so that was a difficult thing for me to endure without ripping hair from my head.

The skills are also pitiful as well, even as I starting to get somewhere, obtaining the bunny girl and the lycan in my party, the battles in this game still sucked. I would have liked to see my main characters get some offensive skills, especially Sanu or Kuro considering their INT stats are BETTER than their attack stats, but all I get are stat-uppers and downers. Ideally, these would useful for a game like this, but the stat decreasing spells rarely even work on most of these enemies, and there is almost no point to buffing yourself up because you can hardly hit the monsters 80% of the time!

I am still trying to complete this game, but so far, this hasn't been an enjoyable experience.

Everything about the original dead rising was retarded. The sequel was a huge improvement.

Dragon Age 1 is also up there for me.

While just about everyone else loves FFT I never could get that deep into it.
