You can get the japanese text support from your windows xp disc. Some installs have them saved in a temp directory already, just go to regional and language options.

It's not really something that you could just drop into your game. You can find some tutorials by searching the web

Here's one. All it really is is a map that you teleport the party to when they press a certain button. Change the hero's image to a cursor of some kind, throw in some pictures, code the events, etc. Not to tough if you already have a good understanding of rm.

Font
The first thing that you should do is drop the two font files into your \WINDOWS\Fonts directory. They will automatically install themselves. This usually works.

Dude, that last screen shot is a total rip off of FFIII (VI). You didn't even move things around, it looks like a screenshot. I would assume that the other nice looking ones (i.e., non-rtp) are the same as well, but I could be wrong.
EDIT: I don't mean to sound like a jerk, it's just that copying a scene from another game doesn't say squat about your ability create original maps. The others do look nice and, assuming that they are NOT total copies of other games, you seem to have a good grasp on map layouts.
