What are you thinking about right now?
Haggis is what most people consider to be Scotland's national specialty. And yeah, it's basically animal innards like brains and lungs and stuff put into an animal stomach/sausage casing and cooked. Some people do eat it around Britain, but it's mostly a Scottish thing. The innards thing is a Britain-wide one though, with livers and kidneys and hearts and all that jazz.
But yeah seafood is weird unless you live somewhere that prepares it well.

Hm that is odd.. the other fonts in the folder were never actually used (I should've removed these, oopsie..), the only one used is PWMAS throughout the whole thing.

@Accha - thank you for the feedback! Y-yes most issues are due to deadline crunch.. everything is stupidly overpriced towards the end, and nothing is very well balanced at all. I mostly realised the game was too hard and threw in some duff numbers right before time was up just to make it easy enough to play, but it might have been too much..
I will definitely try to make the ingredient gathering more interesting, and put in some ways to use money when I patch this babbu up!
@Ponkan - thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it! As for the font, that is very odd.. The font is called 'Please Write Me A Song' by Vanessa Bays, though that link leads to a mirror because it seems her website is currently down at the time of this post.. It is strange that it would default to VL Gothic though. Does it still look okay like that in the game? :x

author=Amaterasuauthor=CazIt's too phallic, I demand we take it down.
That water wheel is all kinds of sexual.
;D Surely that's all the more reason to keep it up--*shot*

Ahh Kylaila you are awesome, thank you for the detailed feedback!
I will shamefully admit that a lot of balancing issues like too much money, no real point to shelves, etc. is down to my lack of testing it at the end. I had noticed from a couple of people's playthroughs that they were getting ridiculous amounts of cake COUGH NESSIAH COUGH and money.. Carpets and wall colours would be really cute options to put in, yes! I had originally planned to make it so you could expand the size of the building itself, not just buy new shelves, but I sadly had to cut that one.
I also understand that there is not.. a great deal to do in the game, other than collect ingredients, bake ingredients, sell, and it gets incredibly repetitive after even just a few minutes. I find the music probably doesn't help at all, I was starting to feel nauseous from listening to it during development ahaha. If I were to spice it up, I'd definitely put in some new areas, new ingredients, new products to sell (maybe not just cakes!), different minigames for the cooking (not just changing the speed/difficulty of the current one but making new minigames to play for each product).
As for dragons, they are mostly just part of the story premise. There are humans in the town, but the only dragons you'll really see in-game are Dunkin and Roarsay. If I had expanded, I'd have changed the clunky "shop" menu to a full town where you could visit other shops to haggle for ingredients, decorations and what-have-you. There would definitely be a lot more dragon NPCs visible around the town!
For something that's not your cup of tea, you have certainly been very kind and lenient so I thank you for your valuable critique and will certainly take on board what has been brought up! :D
(also was that TWO food puns..?!)
