Ok, I finished the demo.
The mapping is really amazing. I think it's the game with the best maps I've played so far. The solution you choose for enemy enconters is good. I would make enemies' starting positions not always the same.
The menu is cool, I think there are some mistakes in the descriptions of some skills.
In this graphics joy, character portraits are the element out of tune, not at the same level than the rest of the visuals.
Music? Just wonderful.
The story is really in the far background, too much in my opinion. What is happening in this world is basically only in the words of a few dialogues. The player needs to see places, people, events.. just to tell them is not enough engaging. The story is not really original, but a good presentation would make up for it.
Overall I can see the hours of work behind it, and I enjoyed playing it.

Version 1.1 has just been released. I agree about presentation as a very important factor. The point is I'm still adding features, options and stuff, so I don't want to spend too much time on things I will have to do again.
