36 Days Left - The Countdown to Brawl
let's just hope they stick to 2D sonic and don't fuck it up with SHADOW bullshit since every 3D sonic game has been a total disgrace to the character
Can we have a blog thread?

In posting a link to it, didnt you basically MAKE a blog thread in asking?
Ah, well. *clicks link anyway*
Yes that was the point!
Ohohohoho
Can we have a blog thread?
Yeah blogs used to annoy the hell out of me and I used to always hate blog threads. But they're pretty much becoming a standard for anyone on the internet these days. And since I recently went ahead and converted my website into a personal blog (since nobody ever went to it ;_;)- modded a fancy skin and everything- I figured I might as well show it off, and you can share yours too.

I'm also a pretty hardcore Pokémon fan.
Hey, they said redeeming qualities.
The games, not the insulting cartoon.
Talents/Hobbies/Redeeming Qualities of Some Sort
I write and I am incredibly adept at planning things. I can outline games, stories, shows, etc like a crazy motherfucker. Charts and maps and everything like crazy. Of course I never actually finish anything because after I spend so much time planning things out I've already moved onto the next project.
I'm a pretty solid spriter and decent at web design.

Hey man a tip for writing stuff like this on the internet-
You'd be better off not indenting like that but splitting up every paragraph with a blank line between them. Like this. You're not trying to save paper or anything and it makes it so much easier to read.
I'll give this a read and give you some solid criticism when it's not a wall of text. :X

How about we DONT duplicate sprites now... sav'vy?
Oh! I get it you have one of those sprite map ones. I was thinking that you had one that used pictures and stuff. Man I'm just having a hard time understanding what you're doing.
Okay I don't really understand why you have two party rooms but I'll just go of the assumption that you just want to be able to rearrange the entire party including the leader without having to leave a blank sprite.
This is RMXP but the idea will be the same:
Page One
Page Two (condition: if he is in your party)
For the graphic on this one, make it faded or something to show that he's not really there but shows the player can speak to him. It's pretty much the only way to handle this with your method of having sprites on-map (well there are other ways yeah but I doubt you'd tackle that if you're using this method in the first place).
Easy enough really.
EDIT:
I'm starting to understand you more and more. You have two rooms- one is the party select menu room and the other is just a normal room that shows the people in your party. It's possible to assign each hero a different variable for their position- ie. variable position 1 would be hero 1, 2, 3 etc. If you do it that way it's possible to have the character be invisible if that character is in spot 1. Before I help with that I want to make sure is that what you're asking?
