The EX version of that is an awesome counter when you're stuck in a corner because it lets you choose the direction you "zoom" in, cross that up either with a jumping mid kick to crouch mid kick into windmill or a EX air juggle into ultra II.

The whole "this characters cheap cuz blah blah" is just an excuse for people who suck at SF :V
Juri is beginner friendly but shes a character that has so much depth and mind games she can contend with any other character.
