I'd like to offer advice, as I am an huge Breath of Fire fan and to top it off I am doing a BOF fangame myself (it's not on the site, so don't bother looking for it). But I downloaded the demo and couldn't get it to work.
Don't worry, though. Making a game is a lot of work so take your time ;)

I honestly gave it a try, but after seeing that BugTest guy it turned ridiculous. How am I supposed to take the game seriously if I can get to level 99 right there? The slime boss went down in one hit, the Eldritch one lasted 2 turns...
And after that, what? The slime says to go back but I did so and nothing happened. Wandering the huge forest maze fighting weak enemies with a level 99 party isn't that fun, so I stopped there.
