introverts are just assholes who resent having to waste their precious time on other people. Extrovertas are assholes who can't stand being alone and make everyone do what they want

What would you do if you won the lottery?

Buy a small country on the brink of starvation. Then, fund the building of schools, hospitals, and security cameras. Then, build an army of mercinaries and a giant wall encompassing my country now dubbed Dudesoftopia. Then install a government law that bans marriages, and propogates the free sex ideals of the hippy age. Then, I'd sell my country for 40 million, start over, sell the second country (dubbed Dowdsoftopia) for 70 million, start over and buy Egypt. Then, buy Canada and make it illegal for anyone to use Roger's, because they suck ass and are dragging our country down. Why is there a freakin' monthly bandwidth limitation? Why are cellphones so expensive? Can't we run our communications like, say, Asia? Well, I'd use my 200 Million that I got from Egypt after moving it into a futurist utopia design, improve Canada's communications schemes, and sell Canada back to itself, and live peacefully in a cabin where there are no communications, except morris code.

That's what I'd do.

Corrupt a wish game!

Granted by you're continually late for school/work so you're expelled/fired and have to live a life of a street rat, selling your body for spare change enough to fill your deep desire to drink away the pain of day to day living, until finally you hang yourself in your parent's kitchen as a statement to the world; Here I am. My life a waste.

I wish I could be a hugely successful porno star. :*

Books and the Dastardly Sequels

Have any of you wrote a full novel? It's a wonderful feeling that comes with the completion. However, if you're foolish enough to tag your title page with "The First ___ Novel" or something along those lines before the title, watch out son! It's been almost a year now, and not but 8 chapters have been finished in my sequel. With a usual outcome of 20-some odd chapters, 8 is pathetic!
The problem with writing a sequel, is the lack of motivation. I've tasted the sweet victory of typing out those final lines, now what? The process is boring now as it's already been done. So here's my question to you:
How do you keep going? If there's a writer's block thumbing your fingers shut, how do you barrel on with your works? Finally: What motivates you?

Best Boss Fights

Oh yeah.
Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas' last mission/boss was unforgettable. I will always remember it.

Another is the end boss of Mark of Kri
Heh heh heh

This sounds gay, but I also really enjoyed fighting the end boss in FF8. I beat that witch like 20 times, and it was always fun.

Metal Gear Solid 3 : Snake Eater... The End was a sweet ass boss. Never a cooler sniper battle --or esploded wheelchair--.

Shadow of the Colossus, there were... uh, many memorable battles. There were a couple I didn't like, like the sand snake, the bird, or the end boss... But, ones like the giant ape, the sky dragon, and the swordsman were epic.

Guess the Game!!!

[SERIES] Take Down

author=BlindSight link=topic=1161.msg17428#msg17428 date=1211484754
So while I hate to cruelly slam down on anything (forgive me!) I've just never really seen the appeal to this series whatsoever. Sure, it takes the fundamentals of competent game design and throws them out the window-- which can sometimes lead to worthwhile originality, I admit-- but is there any actual quality beneath the randomness and LOL cameos?

With that said, I have never really played any of these games, so I can't profess one way or the other. I just think the fact that you could have made this game without it being a giant fucking joke (and the fact that you did it anyway) really irks me. =[

For the record, I never have randomness or cameos without a reason. The mentality isn't that it's hilarious that Spock is a ninja, or that Tommy Vercetti takes over a kingdom; the mentality is that characters exist in this universe, and that's that. The first game was centric to the Le Monea Worlds, which are trade ports in the universe, so we see a lot of cross-overs. Same goes for Slothel of Lambs of Destiny, which is about clones of powerful figures in history (thus the cameos on your team).

The first game set myself up for failure in some people's eyes, as I was still "green" to the indie game community, still using RTP to make games for my friends. Later games pull themselves together, using better chipsets, and solidifying the reasoning behind 'randomness and cameos'.

All that said, these are comedy games that deal with underlying plots. So, while it appears from screenshots that they're just random LOL jokes, this is far from it. If these games do not entice you to play, I insist you wait for Episode II. It is simply awesome.

What comes to mind from the username above you?

The Matrix sequel movies. :(

Corrupt a wish game!

Granted, but she notices you doing this and wakes up. Then sues you for harrassment or something, and you're hounded by the paparazi who want to know all about your sexual excapades, and you eventually hang yourself in your kitchen from all the stress.

I WISH writing a second book was easy. (forgot Wish. Oops! Apparently wish sequels are hard to write also!)

Corrupt a wish game!

Granted, but the neighbours dog becomes your dog, and it won't shut up. Your neighbour gets really lonely without the sing-song yapping and commits suicide in his kitchen.

I wish math was like magic.

I just had potato chips for dinner.

lol that was my sister's line.
