[Community Project] Missiongarde -- Class refining in progress
I'd say go with one. It's easier on the eyes, and has a nice style to it. That's why I was goin' to use it until the project went kaput.
I'm not in on this, but that's my two cents. =B

Quite right. Compared to the old battle setup of Hellion, this one is golden! The other one seemed very...odd. I don't know, but anyway...it's great that you've decided to take a hint from Generica and go with its way of doing things! I hope Hellion is done on time. =P
Also, can I post these here? The video its self is new, but the game is rather old. What is it? it's Dragon Fantasy II! Probably my best completed game. And to celebrate its completion and finally say "goodbye" to the game I've spent so long working on...I've decided to post up the ending!

Or if you just want to see the credit/ending sequence, Video 3 is your best option. =B

Yus! Flip those Babbels, good sir! They're facing away from the party! Unless...well, unless the party is so weak that they do not even warrent the attention of a Babbel! Gah!
And yus, I should indeed speed up the message a tad during the battle. But...it just gives off a sort of charm! I don't even know how to explain it, actually. It just "feels right"? bah. i don't know, I guess I'm just a fan of slow text. Sort of adds to it all in my mind, I guess.
Also, in this world, anything is possible! I'm sure fighting a mere Yeti wouldn't require that much attention, 'eh? :P
Also, don't mean to sound dumb, but what's this "emboss" in the system window? D=

Wowza. Really dark there, Nickad. I can hardly tell what is going on! Ha ha. But that's just a "hardly," as I can still make out what's happening! And I've got to say that i realy like the look of that statue in your first screenshot. But, like you said, I suppose it's going to be much better in the actual game than it is on here.
Also...! One more video. HURRAH! Just a bit of me breaking the 4th wall through the characters of my latest project using RPG Maker 2003. And -gasp- it's not a NES-like game! Ahh!!! But I've posted videos before, so this shouldn't be a shocker.
Just the first boss fight and the dialogue in the battle.

What can I use to make Chiptunes?
Quite right! I was there for about an hour or two just listening to music when I first found it. p_o
What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
Well, I hear that it is! It sure looks better, and that's for sure. But I haven't gottena around to playing it yet, and it's definitly going to take a while. It has a more darker, and more serious storyline than the first I'm told. But I'm good with either kind of story, so 'eh. =P
What Are You Working On?
Right now I'm starting work on Dragon Fantasy III, which will finally complete the story. This one is the true beginning of it all, following the original Hero, Celes.
Just gathering monsters, music, and such for now.

What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
Now I've moved on to Lunar: SIlver Star Story for the Sega CD. It's actually a really fun game! Ha ha. It took me a while to try and find everything I needed to play it, though. Glad I did! I hope I'm able to move on to Lunar 2 when I'm done with this one. =O

What can I use to make Chiptunes?
Well, I know of one you can use to convert Midis in to Chiptunes, but I don't know about making 'em from scratch. If it's the former, then the program is called "GXSCC," and you should be able to find it if you search Google. I'd give a website, but I followed a link from youtube and lost the link.
But if it's the later your looking for, then I don't think I'll be able to help.
Oh. nevermind, here's the link.

Converts them to .WAV files though, so they'll be pretty big. =|
