For those with trouble during the Seed Quest:
You can harvest the Lime after the Penfriend Quest.
The Apples after finishing all Mithros City Quests without the castle.
The Bananas after Mithros Castle (+Quest).
The Oranges after receiving the Frost Medallion in the Volcanic Grotto.
The Raspberries after finishing the Volcanic Grotto and Gojiri Village.
The Special Fruit (Jumbo Fruit) before leaving the continent per ship for the first time.
It is possible that the quest can't be finished after leaving the continent.

@Kmonkey: It is possible to harvest the Oranges. Just talk to her. The bug is that there won't be a "?" over her. And you can harvest her last fruit, too. Even before you leave Mithros per ship for the first time.

Hello KoopaKush,
During my playthrough for the guide I happen to come across a not reachable ladder in the bottom left corner of the first desert map after Ishen.
It could be a bug or the place to find the 2 missing Enchanted Silk to craft each equiment at least once. (And perhaps a conclosure to the crafting quest)

Only in a few sections of the game where you're covered by something, your graphic will change to an arrow. But in most cases it doesn't, that's something I'll look into for sure though! Don't want people getting stuck all over the place now.
But the Guide is taking on form.

But I could really use some icon to show your position when walking under trees. I got awfully stuck at the Fishing Pond near Westwood Creek that I closed the game.
It could even be something like in FF9 (this hand over the character, adjustable perhaps with the #1 Key)
And I am writing a guide so I am curious when you can walk somewhere.
In this guide I'm collecting grammar issues too.

You forgot two skills: Cocoon and death scissors. Cocoon you can get from larva in the mine where you recruit Cass, and death scissors are from deadly antlings outside of the Tower of Eternity. Not sure if any others are missing.
