GALV'S PROFILE

I love RPG's. If an RPG was released in Australia, chances are I have played it. (Unfortunately that means I missed out on lots of good titles that were never released in Aus...)

I'm a web designer/developer and have enjoyed making Pirate Rush in RPGMaker VX Ace in my spare time. I like to make others happy and I'm hoping that the games I create will bring happiness and enjoyment to others.

Cool idea, I like the setup with soldiers on either side. Although my OCD really wants to push the guy in the middle to the right a little :P

Quick question Galv, how'd you get the points for learning skills that a character already has to be displayed next to a character? It's not already implemented in the script, so just curious~ :)

I edited the script :)
I've actually edited a lot of scripts with little tweaks and stuff. Let me know which bits you want and I'll send

MY OPINION
strong parts: graphics. gameplay.
weak parts: dialogue.

Thanks for your comment. What did you find weak about the dialogue? I'm always looking to improve so would love to know

Not sure which one you think Australia is :P

I don't know what that means
Campaign cartographer 3 - nah. Photoshopped using bits and pieces (forests and landmarks) from one of the RPGMaker VX Ace title screens

Playthrough First Demo

Poor CC... I'm sure he has a phobia of bats after playing lots of RPG's with powerful bats :P

I agree with the FF7 menu sounds - glad they are temporary.
I was a huge Shining Force fan, you have captured the feeling of that (the intro and also use of musics) so that makes me happy :)

The "World Map" of Pirate Rush. (Obviously not the entire world...)
For ship battles!

You can't see the moving fog and cloud reflections in the screenshot... oh well
