Larper

Mimic sounds like a good idea for this class, since without it this would be the most boring class. Go forth and copy paste!

This looks interesting actually.

Guitaromancer

Purple Haze - Confusion or something such
Don't Fear the Reaper- heavy hippie damage? I'd say auto revive but this is an attack magic class

I could have sworn that I read something about guitaromancer class in an RMN thread a long time ago (a game where one is the main character?). More than likely I'm just making that up though.

edit: also
In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida - 17 minute battle animation that puts enemies to sleep

Mad Hatter

Where's my tin foil hat?!? You're one of them aren't you...

Also, I really like the class ideas for this game so far.

Why does dying have to suck?

Dying really sucked back when it meant paying another quarter to the game to continue (this is why some arcade games were so hard to get the hang of!).

Heck, in games like Gauntlet II you took damage while not even doing anything (that that was included in the DOS port annoyed me, that stuff should stay in the arcades).

Games and Why You Play Them

post=132941
It is no secret that a lot of people don't play many games around here.
Hold on, while the small minority of visitors of RMN that post in the forums regularly and leave the occasional comment on a game may not play many games, there's a lot larger group of people who crawl the site for games and download ones they like although they never comment (at least that's what I would assume looking at the number of page views and downloads). A more important thing to look at would be ways to encourage that group to sign up for an account and provide feedback, instead of another topic with squabbling game developers/people who neither play nor develop games but post on the forums for some inexplicable reason.

It's only the vocal users of RMN that don't play games.
