I'm a very big fan of music of japanese role playing games for it has influenced me throughout my life since my early childhood. The day I saw Nobuo on the stage in front of me I decided I too will become a composer one day. It has been 9 years since that day.

Release Something! Day VI: Return of the Jedi [Mar 20th]
I've already made promise to release something of Ascendence for this, but I'm troubled about it because I hate to release content I've not polished enough, so I'm in a bit of rush to make everything good enough...
I got an ending point planned after the first major dungeon for an alpha demo, but I'm not certain if I can reach it in the given time limit.
However, I will still release what I've got.

How about preapocolyptic where the bad guy destroys the world and the hero gets sent back in time to where the adventure began to stop the end of the world now that he knows how it happens (or at least one way)Mostplot twist I've seen ever
Tho it's not actually so obviously in the way you described, but "preapocalyptic" to say at least.
Other than that, lack of games for these genres might be partly because of resources though?
