To clarify, by Far Eastern you mean Japan? Are other countries included?
Speaking of which, does Western mean cowboy stuff or anywhere in Europe/North America/South America/Australia?
Yeah, my general intention by Far Eastern is cultures surrounding Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and the like. And by Western yes, I was implying like Ye Olde Wild West flavored.

Well folks!
It seems as if I've learned something new today, it would appear that the term "Oriental" has been deemed culturally inappropriate, so to clear up any confusion or potentially unwarranted miscommunication, I have relabeled all circumstances of "Oriental" with "Far Eastern".
Hopefully this helps clear some things up!

One question: If I have the genre romance can I add another genre to it or does it only have to be about romance?
Yes! So long as there is some romance related element somewhere in your game.
I know I haven't had the steam I had when pumping out themes two days ago, but I've had a handful of probs I need to address. I promise I'll get to rerolls before tomorrow is out!

Can we choose to apply the word to the game content or to the game itself ?
For example:
Word: colorblind
Applied to the game content: The game features a colorblind protagonist
Applied to the game itself: The game features colorblind accessibility options
When in question, a good rule of thumb is put yourself in the players position. Knowing that colorbind is the theme, would you play it and be like "yeah, that theme fits."
