Ah, welp! I'm going in basically blind on these so I don't know most of who did what. XD
All gravy. Can't wait to see :)

I'm working alphabetically (by which I mean, the order that the folders once un-whatever are shown in my folder) at the moment, but I've finished Rew House and Alchemist already (just uploading the videos) and am half-way through Cherry Princess.
After that should be Doggie Days, Dragon Descendants and Escape! I'll try to get at least Doggie Days complete and make a start on Dragon Descendants today.
Alphabetically?? Mine should have been before depression then... :(

Well, expect a lot of games to end on a note like that. I'm not gonna give away too much of my judging process before the other judges are ready~
(Besides, I'm doing a numbers thing too, so while I might seem to enjoy one game over the other, I'll be taking other things into consideration when it comes to the actual crunch. But hey, feedback~)
Urm... noticing the difficulty you had uploading the video for grumpy knight... the amount of time it took in particular... the entirety of my debacle may or may not be required...? It's 5+ hours long...
Deception
Third game I've made using the software... still getting the hang of things!
As to the dungeons, some were created from the pre-loaded maps (I take it you haven't gotten there yet) and some (optional) ones are a little more creative on my part.
I delight in the maze frustration!!! Story-wise it is certainly lacking... just some schmoe looking for work until the final 3-4 quests...
A challenge that I wanted to address was to make a game of length considering the time constraint AND the limitations of the software. There are a few side-missions (giving homeless people money will let you into one, for example) that are, yes, 'fetchy' but in relation to the main chain, rather rewarding...
If you do finish, I look forward to hearing about it!

How do I change game.ini to always launch the game in full screen?
You can do it in the editor in the 'game' drop down on the top of the page.
Also, you can do it in-game... I am not sure if this option makes it launch in full screen every time though...

Trying to answer that, I noticed my game had a few unnecessary fillers (even with all the VXACELite restrictions!)
Interesting how that works... I had the same feeling at one point... can never have too many hidden 'potions' in vases or treasure chests if you have left over events...

:o You have randomized characters based on player answers? You have all three vehicles in the game? ...*curls into fetal position* I feel so small now...
It's only the third game I've made on here, so I'm sure there will be mistakes and stuff... For instance, as we speak, I am uploading my third post-testing download (two headed dragon had 1250 hp instead of 12500). This one will be final though...
And as for the random characters, I can try to post something about that later, like tomorrow or something ;)

*cracks knuckles* Well then, looks like we're gonna be rivals then. I'll give your game a spin when you've got it uploaded, I'm curious. (upload it asap, BTW, the uploading process takes a good half hour. At least, it did for me).
But I think you beat me in terms of sheer content alone. My game is about 3 hours long, has no side quests and 3 small towns, each with the exact same inn and shop, but with different NPCs.
All I've really got going for me are the great story and the good bosses.
My game started off pretty basic, same way... I had a vague idea that I wanted to use a bunch of the pre-loaded maps to hash something together. A few days in I realized that there was a wicked cool vampire castle and it kind of took the theme for the last 1/3 of the game or so... All three vehicles are in there (boat, ship, airship). There is a simple crafting system (won't give away spoiler on for what), several optional bosses, two optional dungeons...
The main selling point for me, though, was the character randomization. I really wanted to tackle that this time around, so the party was different every game, based on the answers to your questions, but without you getting to just go to the character selection screen. Some parties seem to be way more difficult than others (I wound up with main character as a ninja, as well as a secondary character ninja, for example, and diced up monsters like no tomorrow) but by the end of the game you have 6 characters to choose from, so it evens out.
Storyline may prove the winner of the day, though, and mine does start off a little slow...
Edit: "Deception" Uploaded!
2nd Edit: Upon testing, I found that I had left the Airship start point near the beginning of the game. This will be remedied in the "Deception (Fixed)" Download.
