I checked Exit Fate's statistics screen because I love exit fate so much I married it. besides what you have, there is also
total number of individual enemies killed
number of deaths for each character
number of kills for each character

I'M LIKE TOTALLY CANCELLING THE GAME OR SOMETHING
how exactly do you make something "more summoney" than literally "summoning" a beast. summon just means call not call something with menu commands this is very important to me
I'M LIKE TOTALLY CANCELLING THE GAME OR SOMETHING
i hate summons. HATE EM. why summon some anime to do fighting. what are you, not a real anime man character? I AM GLAD THEY ARE DEAD

it was always my impression that thieving was something bow just thought he was good at. he steals some candles, I guess. but then in trout's mansion he repeatedly has to fight his guards and ends up getting thrown in jail (spoilers!!!)
more fanart! also 10,000+ dls jesus christ
Oh, BTW, you guys are smart.
fire and darkness are inherently destructive powers in breath of fire so it would make sense that spar's transformation makes her into a violent sort of dragon monster (dragons breathe fire), not to mention you can tell it was still spar prior to transformation.
jean's transformation makes him look a lot more like the "noble warrior" simafort or whatever needed (but not the one it deserved!) to wield their sacred sword with his manly figure and pronounced white clothing. perhaps the holy shaman purged him of the sin of gluttony. or not. but that transformation has the most resemblance to the original character.
rand's tiny transformation is the odd man out with no similarites to either water or earth (unless you wanted to make an analogy for seeds but I am not prepared to) but you can still look at it and see rand.
none of this has to do with "realism" it has to do with how fucking stupid ershin looks thrown into this game because more=better who cares if any thought is put in. sorry for caring about your game more than you I guess

The unity is completely optional, not to mention it's something he added into the game himself. It's not like he's changing a previous unity transformation. If people don't like it, they don't have to use it. It won't take away anything from the game as it'll just be like the original.
yes, it's optional. I don't see why that makes it exempt from criticism. I know I personally would never use this transformation because a. it looks weird and b. bleu was actually a good character who I would not want to turn into a slot machine. I highly doubt wcoulliard wants these optional transformations to be viewed as "things that are there not to be used."
versalia, I don't think there's any way to make the sprite "fit better." while you could perhaps make an ershin sprite in the breath of fire 2 style it would still be ershin, an instantly recognizable character from breath of fire 4 with no physical elements of the holy shaman, deis, and certainly not the dragon shaman unless she turns out to be a robot.

Who is this? It's Sten in his transformation with the wind and fire shaman. His shape is a vaguely apelike djinni while his fur resembles fire and his garb has certain wind tones if you squint. He also looks really pissed off, keeping with the fire theme.

UHHHHH Katt looks like a cat demon when combined with the devil shaman. next.

Nina combined with the wind and holy shaman. There's green everywhere, her wings are larger, and she looks like an angel.

bleu combined with the dragon and holy shaman. you can clearly, uh, you can. um.
Oh, BTW, you guys are smart.
did you really think i meant your rpgmaker game was going to somehow upset the canon. my point was it looks bad next to the regular sprites but especially next to the other transformations aesthetically and thematically. i can only dread the advent of ryu's transformation into "eight year old kid ryu" from bof 3
