Well if he's going to be our new overlord for a time, I personally believe a code of conduct should be made concerning certain users on this site that have a history to cause trouble and give personal attacks to game creators since that what happened in the first place. Don't think I don't know what's been going on this site, I've been on here for quite sometime before I was fully part of the community here.
EDIT: I just don't want to see this site go down through another affair.

RMN Closing Down April 2nd
Though I came very late to join the community, I will be sad to see this go, I always came sometimes since I was a young teenager. :-(

Can we all just say we all get the general idea what's wrong with this game, and provide good criticism, so he will fix the problems?
Does anyone think this review is biased.

This thread sucks. If you want to post a serious topic, you can, but you have applied absolutely zero intelligence, wit or input that is at all helpful.
Erm...nice to know..l'll be sure to know that I'm a complete dumbass.

author=Saileriusauthor=KaliestoIn exactly what aspects is this game above average?
Personally I give this game at least 8/10 for being a above average in aspects, just a lot of balancing issues and story telling(mostly concerning the vulgarity). Vulgarity should only be used when something dramatic or caused someone to be really angered, not flying off the hook every second like Alyssa and certain other characters, but this is my opinion not fact of course.
Orb magic (some mainstream have done something like this like Eternal Ring, but not often)
Rare voice acting (it needs to be worked on though)
Original story so far( I haven't seen a story like this before except Lance being *censored*)
Summon gauges (that was new one for me after playing RPG maker for years)
Certain area maps(you will know if you reach far enough)
unique puzzles(how often do you see those?)
Bad Aspects about this game:
Vulgarity which been pointed out many times (this is throughout the story and I'm trying to ignore it and beat this game)
Bosses tend to be too much to handle especially on beginner difficulty
Some map areas need fixing and remodeling
Option for turn-based would be nice
Bosses area attacks tend to be cheap
Gold is a problem(most things in this game is expensive)
Does anyone think this review is biased.
author=eplipswichauthor=KaliestoNo, you're only basing this on one game alone. I can tell you that Final Tear 3 is bad. I gave it a whirl, I found the dialogue extremely childish and broken, the intro text movement is painfully consistently slow, and the whole transition is just bad. I can't comment about the gameplay because the above alone is enough to put me out of this game in the beginning.
http://rpgmaker.net/games/2132/reviews/1262/?p=2#postsI thought games like this was judged based on it's content, story, and gameplay, but not based on how many hours it is and whether the beginning is any good, that's not what a review is all about. The only good thing this review pointed out was several things that has to be worked out in general.
Personally this isn't the only time I've seen a long game like this take the heat, it doesn't make sense to me with this crowd. Are most you all casual gamers(I'm not insulting, it's just a category).
I don't know what, but long games are hated on here.
It doesn't matter whether games are long or short. It's all about first impressions. I personally dislike Final Tear 3 because my first impression of it is bad. Real bad. Take a look at Hero's Realm, a 30 hr+ RPG which is considered a long game and the reviews are highly received.
Kaliesto, you cannot judge that this community hates long games based solely on Final Tear alone. That is completely bias. The reason why long games are rare here and even the whole RPG Maker community is because they take up a hell lot of time to create and making it good like Exit Fate, Last Scenario, Three the Hard Way, Hero's Realm, even Alter AILA Genesis etc is equally as tough. You should really compare Final Tear to those games first and see just what is the overall difference before you talk about Final Tear being good or whatsoever.
I have played enough Rpg maker games to know the difference between the good and the bad, the only problem I will agree with everyone is that the beginning was not well thought out because someone wants to curse to the moon and back....well it gets worse from there, there is vulgarity throughout the whole game so far (I'm in Exendia) and the cursing has not stopped seems. It's hard for me to hate this game for that just because the gameplay is alright if somewhat hard at times, and the story is somewhat alright in itself, the mistake I'm seeing Stevie has made was all that vulgarity and childish dialogue, people are right it's hard to take these characters seriously. I think this game would be great for everyone if that was just changed around. This game is like Xenosaga, the story starts off weak and your learning as you go, I think that's what the problem is here.
Now someone on the review asked what aspects of this game make it great, here what I liked about it for it's originality:
Orb magic (some mainstream have done something like this like Eternal Ring, but not often)
Rare voice acting (it needs to be worked on though)
Original story so far( I haven't seen a story like this before except Lance being *censored*)
