I would try meditation. It should calm you down, and release all thoughts. Try to meditate at least 10 minutes, and then work yourself up to 20-30 minutes. You might start to feel better. Also don't focus so much on the negative as that is unhealthy and reverts back to old habits.

No I didn't want to offend anyone. I made that as a light jest. Trolls go out of their way to offend someone rather offensively. I just hope Kentona grants me mercy so I can get back on here again at home. I was being a parody of a troll in reality.

There seems to be a very big misunderstanding, and I really didn't see it coming because I was being harmless about it. I made that jest account just to joke around with Kentona. I really didn't expect him to outright IP ban me on the spot. Understand I didn't mean any harm, and I had been trying to contact from the outside, but I had no luck. I was forced to go elsewhere just to get back on again because I was desperately trying to clear the matter up.
There is no drama to be had. Just light fun that got out of hand. I would hate to never get back on at home to never download any games anymore over a harmless jest. I was pretty bummed. Promise I won't do that again.
