Best RM Games you've Ever Played
Hoo boy, where to begin:
Legacies of Dondoran: Skill Tree is to this day one of the better custom systems implemented in an RPG Maker game, that, and Gain and Sarcastic Guard's lines always make me chuckle.
The Way: So much to say about this one. It's storyline and writing helped rekindle my creative spark, and the plunge system and plot remain the highlights of this past summer vacation. Also, Traziun is made of win.
Demon Legacy: Shadar, that basically sums it up. Also, the storytelling was utterly magnificent.
Love and War; Act I: Highly amusing dialogue, as well as a very promising start to the series.
Everlong: It really is just as the title says, a REALLY long rpg that is basically every Final Fantasy ever.
Wilfred, The Hero: Finally got around to playing it, and was pleasantly surprised, the battle system was a nice change of pace from the usual fare and the highly developed characterization for such a short game was a nice surprise as well.
Those are all the main ones, personally, ABL didn't do it for me, though admittedly the writing was most excellent.

Christ Feld, you don't need to wait until the next RELEASE SOMETHING day to update this. Though it seems CP and I are the only ones who care anymore, this LP has potential for epic win. There needs to be more epic win available, ergo, get working, when work allows, of course.

I concur. Feld, there has now been a hell of a lot more discussion here than in most of the SA Let's Play threads, where the hell is our update?!

Sorry for the delay in my commentary, but school and the like has been hectic.
To begin, I recall you mentioning in your posts on Fig Hunter Forums that in your original concept design, Green's place as mentor was supposed to be done by Yellow. I can see that this is following up on said original design. Second, I was highly amused by the interactions between Scott and Violet, the tone seeming slightly reminiscent of the conversations between Blue, Green and Gray in the original. As for the game itself, it is, in a word, epic. After playing the first five minutes, I could tell you put A LOT more effort into the writing of this one than the original game, with the interactions between characters seeming to flow much better, with the dialogue more fleshed out than the clipped responses they gave in the original. The cut scenes are also very well designed, fitting the mood you've set for the game. The gameplay, though similar to that of your cancelled sequel to the original, works quite effectively, the multiples techniques for each character adding more to the game than choosing between two attack commands. Overall, this is good stuff, I'm looking forward to the next update.

Wait, Yellow, wtf? Also, glad you kept the grungy character models, that really is a big part of what sets the mood of the entire game.

Huzzah! Neok has returned with epic gifts! I haven't checked out the updated demo yet, and since I'm going to Mexico in about...an hour, I doubt I'll get a chance for at least a week or so.
