Touhou - Wandering Souls
Merci,
I sincerely hope that our adorableness spreads to the world. It's sorely needed in Real Life.
With The Logomancer, I mentionned your work of art in the 2013 "OFFICIAL" MISAO PREDICTIONS AND DISCUSSION THREAD.
ThatBennyGuy said : Thanks Karkwa! Those games definitely went under the radar. Added them to the list. I will probably need to at least play Touhou - Wandering Souls as well. It piques my interest that a platformer like that could be made in VX.
I wish you well and many more players for your game!

The 2013 "Official" Misao Predictions and Discussion Thread
Here are two games I have'nt seen praised here yet :
Touhou - Wandering Souls and
Logomancer.
First Touhou - Wandering Souls :
Best Non-RPG Touhou - Wandering Souls
Game of the Year Touhou - Wandering Souls
Most Technical Prowess Touhou - Wandering Souls
Best Level/Dungeon/Puzzle Design Touhou - Wandering Souls
Best Gameplay Mechanics Touhou - Wandering Souls
What an incredible non-rpg game! In my mind, anyone completing a game here deserves praise. Doing so in a uncommon genre, having such fast solid rich gameplay, having all the extra content at the end ... and offering all in two languages ; I'm speechless!
The Logomancer
Best Storytelling and Direction The Logomancer
Best Characters The Logomancer
Best Setting The Logomancer
I like how the characters, the tone, the world and the gameplay blend so well.
I feel the level of language and style of humor deserve their time in the spotlight too.
Is there any chance of having a category someday for games that offer multiple langages (like touhou)?
To be honest, I wouldn't give so many awards to just 2 games! It's that I feel they offer a great contribution to all these categories. I've been playing rpgmaker games since the days of A Blurred Line.

It's rare but so appreciated when a game has a French version. Being from Quebec, Canada, it's vital for us to have BIG FUN in our language. I hope it'll get more exposure to maker games in the Francophonie (77 countries speaking French for 220 million French speakers).

Félicitations cousins pour un jeux sans pareil à tous les autres auquels j'ai joué ici!

The Logomancer
EdoAnimus, I'm still stuck. Are there private messages here in case you want to keep your mysteries intact?
Talk about a funny contradiction :
And now to address the loose ends:
Thanks, I'll keep trying your top puzzles
As for the rest, (items 3, 4, 9) and I'll keep my eyes open as I move along the story.
I'll enjoy their tantalizingness to its fullest!
Talk about a funny contradiction :
to get the Eye of Despair, don't give up!
So I went back to the Aspect of Blood with your kind reply in mind. This is still after the 1st ending. Don't worry, you mention clearly in the game that the rules changed. I got the Left Eye of Greed by stepping on candles and being almost drown in red water a few times. Then I'm totally lost as for the Right Eye of Despair. In my first post, I was listing many things I tried, and posibilities I saw so that you could give me the best hint. Or the clearest solution. It prevents me from moving on in the main quest.
possibilities that I tried, but didn't work :
there's the spot where "there was something here before"
the door with the curtain won't open (even with 0 mistakes)
many mistakes / many near drownings in red water / many waiting in time room
the beach is quiet

author=EdoAnimusI don't know what you mean by the last statement about not being able to get any further in the Aspect of Imprisonment: Escape, can you elaborate (the shadows are supposed to disappear if you touch them, by the way)?
It's just one more possility in my desperate search for the Eye of Despair. I'm such a good spy that the Shadows never got me the first time. I didn't get to notice they disappeared before.
And now to address the loose ends:
Thanks, I'll keep trying your top puzzles
1) the 2 chests in the water cave (the practice one with picture, and the 4-digits one)
2) combination for Oppangelsk's, the hatmaker, house

6) Don't know exactly what you meant here, but maybe it was the purple background showing through?

7) Yes!
Awesome! Is there a way of getting rid of the silver coins?
I miss the time when it was possible to get these answers with a free game editor

8) You didn't miss anything, but noticing that Tim was looking for a watch is a subtle clue to his back story (which isn't necessary to know, but you can draw some conclusions based on evidence from the quest).
I could get anybody in court with what I have, but I have an idea.

5) You can actually talk to her by standing near her and looking in her direction.
but she says she is still stuck up there ...

Aurora Wing
Incredible, you,re still around DFalcon?
6 years after finishing that game...
Well, I found there was a difficulty curve. The graphics were plenty good to let the gameplay shine. It's because I had fun with your game that I later discovered Fire Emblem.

The Logomancer
Great game, I nominated it for many Misaos. I like how the characters, the tone, the world and the gameplay blend so well.
It reminded me I had fun with Phylomortis. Hopefully your game won't be attacked like Phylomortis was. I feel your level of language and style of humor deserve their time in the spotlight.
Help! Help! Help!
I'm stuck, I have some problems completing it.
I still wish the town colors was less hurting on the eyes...

I'm stuck : how to get the Eye of Despair (after 1st ending)
is there a bug in these (mindscape from Epherus's guest bed) :
I can't open the 3 knocks door, even if I use a saved file without rules broken
I can't reset the broken rules counter
I can't go to the red water room coz there's no door to break a rule on
nothing special on east beach ?
No way to go further in "Aspect of Imprisonment : Escape" (shadows don't re-spawn if I touch them)
loose ends :
1) the 2 chests in the water cave (the practice one with picture, and the 4-digits one)
2) combination for Oppangelsk's, the hatmaker, house
3) chest seen in Sindarin du Vide's (the editor) house in the Mindscape
4) I've got 9 x salt, but nothing happens with fountains (didn't find a rainstorm)
5) the girl stuck up the cliff in the city
6) something left of the stair descending to Nikolai's spot (before Comfortable Routine)
7) I had silver coins when fighting the Soldier with the cursed book. He got angrier seeing them. If I didn't have any would it change anything?
8) I sold Gammin his watch back. Tim, the son of the merchant, was looking for one later. Did I miss much?
9) In Final Horizon's mindscape, left of screen there's a rock "with indentation"
