People who ask advice. Seriously...do you know of a single person that asks you for advice on something and then *takes* your advice? Or do they end doing what they were going to do anyway and then they wonder why they can't get a break in life...?

I'm...pretty sure we're on two separate pages. Here's an example of what I'm talking about.

"Gina" has a boyfriend that beats her constantly and verbally abuses her. She comes to you and asks what should she do about her situation. The fact that she's even asking you something that should be obvious shows that she does not want out of her abusive relationship or is not ready to really move on. That's okay but not my problem. When she's really ready and has had enough, no force in this world will be able to stop her from leaving. Until that day comes, nothing I say will make a difference so I'm not gonna waste my time with it. When she's ready, she'll come to me and ask if she could stay with me until she gets on her feet, at which time I would be glad to have her.

I'm all for helping people but through my own personal experiences and from studying psychiatry, I've learned that you can't help people that don't really want it. All the person in my example wants is attention, just like the guy from that thread in the other forum. I don't waste my time on people like that. I'd rather help someone that truly needs it.

Not bragging but I happen to be blessed in my life, at this point in time. Occasionally people come to me asking for handouts and I never give it to them. My rule: never loan money to people that ask for it because it won't be a loan and you'll never get it back. I don't "loan", anyway. If, however, I see someone genuinely struggling, I give freely from my pocket because I know what it's like to be poor/broke/homeless because I've been there and I can recognize true need from greed/opportunists.

Hopefully I explained my point.

I beat it but yeah, it was boring. The characters were very blah, especially the princess. I didn't care about her or her story at all. The only highlight of the game that I recall is a scene where the viera lady was running her mouth about something and then she turned around and as she walked away showed her "best asset"...
