It looks like they were trying to make it look like FF7. But FF7 has floor textures and detail sprites.
Yeeeah... Thats what I thought it looked like, a lot. Looks like when you're fighting the guards in Midgar. (The sword spinning was was just a blatant copy actually.) Also the main hero looks... wrong, like his head it just an odd shape.
Well, good luck to them I suppose, it'll take a lot to get a fully 3D game done.

The Hellsing movies were pretty good. Haven't seen anything other than that, I want to see Gurren Lagann Crimson Chapter though.

I'm not going to this for the story- I'm going to see some old lady flip the ever loving satanic shit and get shot in the head while crawling around on the ceiling of a diner. And to see gruesome, ridiculous, badly written action.

Naming Conventions - Characters, Spells, and More
For the most part I just make up shit, but sometimes I'll use anagrams of words that describe the character, tranlate words into either latvian, italian, or german, stuff like that. I also make characters that either have the same name as my friends of an edited version of it. Like taking my name, Nick, and making it Nikolai, or Zack to Zaccheus.
Does anyone else think facebook feeds, polls, and quizzes are the downfall of civilization?

There's nothing wrong with pointless quizzes/polls because they're just a bit of fun, must like pointless videogames. Status updates are a good way of informing your friends of important things quickly; when people do use them for mindless things it is quite easy to skip over them. Anything else is the computerised version of a bit of banter down the pub with your friends.
In short, no. No more than anything else mindless has "destroyed civilisation", anyway.
Yeah, that pretty much my opinion, I don't mind Facebook and Twitter, I have both... The only thing that bugs me are the people that are addicted to them.

Is that gradient thing supposed to be a staircase going upward? I don't really know, cause it looks like more of something you'd have going downward into a wall sort of, just the way it looks and starts to blend. Although it could be just that given where it is.
