The staff picks Features based on a variety of factors. Right now we pick only complete games, though this wasn't always the case. Generally, we try to find a game that is high quality, but we also try to mix up the genres from month to month, represent the various different game-making programs, as well as highlight different creators instead of the same few over and over. (although we can't help that a high number of complete, quality games come from the same few people.) We also try to Feature newly completed games, though we also feature old classics. If we feel like a good game has gone under the radar, we will sometimes Feature a game to put the spotlight on it. If a game wins a contest, there's a good chance it might get featured as well.

There are a number of reasons that games can get featured. That is one of them, yes. Personally I don't see why the fact that Space Funeral is popular should prevent it from becoming even more popular. Shouldn't we praise great success like this?

it's incredibly refreshing to know that there are people outside this community who actually have the desire to create a magical and inspiring atmosphere. what a delight all of these screenshots are. all of these are wonderful. creative games, spawn more creative games.

Incidentally, this post was what got me to say "Fuck Rudras forever" and start making custom stuff again.

Also that was a great editorial, Kentona. This whole issue has been pretty stellar to be honest.

Not to be an ass or anything, but I have to wonder why your title is "SaGa" when from what I see it has nothing to do with the SaGa series.

I know some people will groan when they hear that I have indeed went back to the drawing board. And go ahead, it is groan worthy.

I decided that the story for Episode 1 is just waaaaay to monotonous and boring, so I have decided to re-write it into something with a little more going on. Basically you play as a number of characters, who will all join up at some point. I think this will keep things from getting stale.

Also, I am entirely fed up with Rudra graphics. The way things have panned out, they are never going to work, not a chance. My story has too many unique characters and party members for it. Also I'm just sick of being confined to using rips. It makes me and the community look bad.

This is a taste of how the graphics will work. Keep in mind it's a WIP- The trees need to be changed big time and a lot of things need to be added (Like doors). By the way, the game is going to be styled like FF4/5/Romancing SaGa 1.



If anyone is worried that I'll cancel it cause it's custom then don't. I'm not screwing around this time. This project is FINALLY ready to be made and I will be making it.
