Giving your games a sense of 'identity'.
I guess you want games to have their own... Thing, or a quirkiness about them if that makes any sense at all. Like, if someone mentioned the name you would remember the game immediately because of it?
Like, just making the game as yourself or something, instead of trying to make it perfect.

Then just do something that makes you happy. That sounds overly simple, but thinking about being depressed only makes you more depressed really.

Maybe I sound stupid right now, but basically games should be different enough so that they become recognizable? The way you worded this is sort of confusing.
Can't save with Resource Hacker.
As the title states, I am having a problem saving my RPG_RT file using resource hacker. I've experienced this on both Vista and Windows 7. I'm trying to change my EXFONT at the moment, but I can't save it at all. I get this error all the time:
I'm using a 16 color bitmap, I don't know if that's a problem. I've gotten the error trying to edit the status screen dialogue in the past as well.

Unless you're already far into your project, I would recommend using VX, as you can simply script this in. But, if you've put a lot of effort into it already, then:
1. I can't name the game off of "Arcana". If you put up a summary then maybe, although the fact that you don't have a name is making me think you're just starting.
