All Japanese Rpg Character Art considered Anime?
JRPG for the most part is pretty synonymous with anime bro, aside from SquareEnix which has really always had tendencies toward a more realist/western style.

Japanese Internet vs. North American Internet (pic)
author=ChaosProductions link=topic=2332.msg40617#msg40617 date=1225246009I don't think so. If Netzero even had the technology or funds to purchase a leased VDSL network and they somehow still managed to operate on a business model where they charged almost nothing for cutting edge technology and still made a profit, the FCC would slap them with an order to cease operations faster than you could blink an eye.
I pay around $9 for 100 mbps. Go Netzero ;D
100Mbps is blindingly fast. We're talking fiber optics fast, and no company could actually stay in business and charge $9 for an emerging communications technology. You're probably paying for either dialup or 768k.

author=Canuck link=topic=2332.msg40476#msg40476 date=1225196190I pay $40 monthly for 3mbps service. Yeah.
It's not free, it's fucking expensive. I'm paying 5000 yen a month (if you convert this now it seems like a lot more than it is due to the Yen skyrocketing in the economic cluster-fuck, but around 50 bucks).
It is fast as hell though.
e: What I'm saying is that internet in the U.S. is almost as expensive as across seas and yet even the best plans only really offer a 16mbit downstream for those willing to fork out $65 a month
