Hello! Sorry for not replying before but i was working hard in the game in order to launch it on the promised day. It was tough but here it is at last!
In case i'm wrong and the GML is the same as it was in previous versions, you should check out The Begginners Guide to GML Programming, it's a great and free guide that includes everything you need to know about GML's begginner phases. You'll then be able to learn the rest by practicing and reading the manual.
The yoyogames community forums is also filled with people willing to help out whenever you're stuck with something. Worst case scenario feel free to PM me although i'm not very good at it, i'm like, a novice.

author=JohnLeagsdurgHmm i am not sure. The version i use is an older version of game maker 8, i heard game maker studio changed a lot of how gml works and is written. I don't know since i don't have it, but you should check out how true that is.

The characters are really cute. Kinda reminds me of the 3DS settings mascot.
