[RM2K3] Booting games in Windowed mode?
I don't know about dynrpg, but the way to start a tsukuru 2k 2k3 game in windowed mode is to make a shortcut of the game's exe and on the destination in the properties write
Putting the file's address between quotes and then adding all of that after it.

[RGSS] [RMVX ACE] I only have the encrypted version of my own game
I keep this decrypter in my pc exactly for the same reason, in case I end up losing the project files of my vx ace projects and have to download them from RMN or something. It's useful, you should save it somewhere too.

This file is safe, if your antivirus flags it as a virus it's your antivirus doing a goof, like many other antiviruses that incorrectly say that. You'll have to disable your antivirus or whitelist the file, but it's safe.
