author=Cap_HWhy beg when the earth is bountiful? Grow your own! A lime tree is small and grows fast if you grow it via grafting instead of by seed. By seed it could take 4 to millions of years to bear fruit, and sometimes it doesn't even do that ever.

Ice doesn't have DNA, so no. Unless by "breed" you mean "crush and add sugar and then smoosh them all together into a mold," in which case, yeah, probably.
