[RM2K3] How to launch games in windowed mode

Does anybody know how to modify the settings on my RM2K3 project to launch the game in windowed mode? I figure this will be helpful for individuals whose operating systems do not support 320x240 resolution any longer.

[RM2K3] Withered Reason Feedback

This goes out to the members of the community who have played the demo of Withered Reason. So far I haven't received any feedback regarding my game. If anybody has played it, could you post a brief, descriptive paragraph of what you did and/or didn't like about the game?

SEQUELS!

IMO, sequels should be an opportunity for refinement. Taking the mechanics you felt made the first game work should not only be retained, but expanded. Sequels should serve as a platform for the next game; no less effort should go into the sequel than the original. Expand in different directions, explore a little. The only difference should be that the original has a substantially lessened foundation than the second.

Anime OSTs for GAME BGMs and such?

I think the best thing to keep in mind is the impact the use of music has. If you feel music REALLY fits a scene and isn't used too much, then go for it. There are worse things to be said about a project.

Your First Game

My first game was started back when RPG Maker 2000 was still the big one. It was about a demon who was causing trouble throughout history. The game revolved around the characters, a trend I'm continuing into my current project, and the game was fairly developed before I dumped it. I still regret the decision but my new project, Withered Reason, is still going full steam and I'm very confident it will be loved by the community.

My efforts to bring about my ultimate gaming vision, Withered Reason, has left me with the realization that between my daily commitments and grad school, the production of Withered Reason has been very slow. I am now beginning to see the true scope of this project, which I aim to produce at a studio-level quality, and it leads me to conclude that I may require assistance if I ever want to complete it.

I don't really know which aspects I would need help with to speed up production, but if any of you would like to lend a hand to this project, then please either message me or respond here.

Those are meant to be ordinary houses, the lack of detail implies a less-than luxurious part of town as opposed to where the plazas and businesses are, which are richer in detail. I could probably do with some more detail over there.
