Games that have stood the test of time?
The early Final Fantasy games, I'll say up to part VII stood the test of time, even though VII looks terrible today, it's story and characters are still one of the best IMO.
Chrono Trigger, great somewhat cheesy plot, addictive game play mechanics and graphics the best for their time and even still good today.
A lot of other classics like the Mario games, the old Sonic Games.. I felt Shadowrun for the SNES was wonderful and so was Lufia II.

What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
Just beat F.E.A.R. 2. It had a seriously WTF ending. Awesome game though.
I am now going to be playing Final Fantasy IX. I avoided it for some reason even though I bought it like 6 months ago? So I'm giving it a shot.

A complete 'A Blurred Line' would be an excellent commercial game, considering I could see it either being very polished 2D or something PS3/360 quality with top production values.

He was one of the coolest villains in a game I've seen in a long time. Just how anything he does pretty much is either bad ass, or pretty damn cool.
I also really liked Deren from FF: Endless Nova. Seemed like a really cool main character.

How did you find rpgmaker.net and why did you stick around?
I googled Lysander86, to try and find out if Lines End ever came about, and if it was available, I saw the RMN page, and decided to check this site out. I have stayed ever since, because I feel this is one of the best communities around.

I think what we need is a Pre-Apocalyptic game.
Like where you are there to try and stop the ultimate badass from destroying the world, and the villain succeeds, and then the game ends.
