Should we do another Anti-Procrastination event soon? What do you think?

people keep threatening to do this event, so that I would finish BQ7 (and the half-dozen other projects I've started for past events in the last 4 years).

Alright, the general reaction is very understandable to me. Maybe the unfortunate fact that I have contributed absolutely nothing during those last two events made me think about this again, but it seems that many of you managed to be very productive. Which is a good thing, of course.
Still, I'll keep this in mind for when we're having a slow time again. And until then, I guess I'll just have fight procrastination on my own. I wish that wasn't so difficult...

Of course it's not. You clearly have no intention of doing it, nor do you have any intention of handing it over to the people who have offered to put their time into it. The event ended two years, two months ago, and judging by the event status, you haven't even looked at the submissions.
Then give it to someone who has the time. Liberty has offered! I've offered! I think there were two others that have offered!
Fine, Liberty doesn't offer anymore. If you ever decide to do it, I've got all the files downloaded in a folder, ready to go.
