how the hell do I beat the hydra? it just casts meteorfall which takes my party out in one hit even with their MDF boosted.
he casts it on the second turn, just defend that turn. first turn lower magic with moshran and up your parties mdef, second turn have everyone parry.
Legends Of Illarion 2: Sins Of The Gods
Just got done with the game, loved every minute of it. I liked the gameplay (though the fights were pretty punishing), and liked the story as well. One thing I wish was in the ending was specifics on each gods ascension, and narguns in particular, as it looks like he, out of all the younger gods would have changed the most, but that started when his wife died. I figured the elder gods did not give him the answer he sought, and finding out the goddess of water did nothing surely didnt help.

I liked Oro (but I also really like paladins) I am loving the game thus far (am a huge sucker for huge parties)

yea i tried it and quit before i got past the first level the first flying spike thing got on my nerves and then i died on floor spikes the only time i managed to get past it. i guess im not much for platformers

so i dont get essences? :/ well ill try again i actually kept reloading when it became apparant i was gonna get stomped (when i only ha one guy left)
