The first boss of cutters cry... made me want to cry. xD
First boss is nothing, it gets a LOT more fun deeper in. :P
Even some of the trash mobs in there are pretty tricksy.

author=XemethHaha, the irony is I don't even tank anymore. I fell in love with BLM in ARR and have stuck with it. I dabble with other things of course, but I try to avoid tanking when I can. But yeah, Oro is pretty badass.

@Orophin Only needed the 1 for my scholar. xD
Oh yeah! thanks for saving my ass at Omega weapon, and Ultima weapon. If it wasn't for your tankiness. I would have died a lot more than I did!
For those marks, you need the VIP pass. It might be in the FAQ where you can get it, my memory is a little fuzzy. I want to say you get it in Squeenix Town or something. The VIP pass will let you in a room at the auction house where you can trade in the marks with the Cursed Shield for the Paladin's Shield. Great item until you start farming Adamantite for an Adamant Shield.

I just realized I can't leave the final dungeon... I only have 3 tents left, and I'm only level 72. Good thing I got that economizer!
If you want some more Economizers go farm the Brachiosaurs on the island where Azran's sidequest is. :P

No love for poor Oro :(
But yeah, I'm kind of a serious person so I can see how my character isn't very appealing. :P

As far as the "inn" scenes, I don't remember exactly if all the Cassie ones are specifically in inns, but there are other places you can rest around the world that'll trigger scenes as well. (like the cabin where Doiden does his sidequest) I never actually saw the bad ending but I'll admit I had some insight from the devs on things so I tried to play as complete a game as I can.
Speaking of which..Dark Ixion? Was that one of the hunt quests at the lodge? Because if not I don't remember running into this one.
If you can point out Eden's clue on the remaining town member you're missing I could probably help out with that. Ashiee's side dungeon is interesting as in you can only use a specific party setup.

I got to the point in the tower where the robot shows up and after some fighting, the RGSS3 Player stopped working! Is there a solution to this problem? I managed to replay the fight after saving the game closest to where KG-11 showed up! No problems!!!
I never ran into that problem. Maybe it's a dialog script error or something, but eventually a text box is supposed to pop up telling you to run away from the fight. (if its your first encounter with it)

Really fun game so far. But could someone tell me how to get into the Waterworks? Thanks.
Is this the underground waterway in Cecille? It opens up naturally through the story.
Spoiler'd for story:
After visiting Cecille for the first time, talking to Marz in the bar, then visiting the manor and fighting Kaayu, some events will happen and you'll gain control of Level 99. Once you speak with Marz in the bar, he suggests going to the port south of Cecille as he knows someone with there with the key. After the events at the port, if you remember some earlier NPC dialog, the entrance to the underground waterway is in the NE corner of Cecille, near the church.

I actually just picked up a Glass Mask and she did four hits at 9,999 each (thanks to Illumina's Crits). Not sure what it would be if it broke the limit.
This doesn't really count since my save file is kinda broken, (as in, my stat gains are ridiculous since I was playing it before RydiaMist fixed linear gains to stats from the Magicite) but I've hit over 50k with single attack skills with Karina.
I assume since her attack was essentially double what it should be, at the top levels she should be able to hit over 20k damage with her specials. I always had a strength boosting Magicite on her.
The primary party I used was Orophin, Karina, Marz and Dag. (was partial to this setup since we had a static party in FFXI, haha) I'd also toss in Doiden to learn blue magic and 99 to steal goodies from bosses. The combination of Marz's draw out skills and Dag's buffs made my team able to survive harder things without a "true" healer like Cassie. I focused MP growth on Dag, even though it might be somewhat wasted since it's intended to use Convert if you get low on MP, but that could probably get scary on bonus dungeon bosses. I also had him with a Soul of Thamasa so he could get off some double Curagas when needed, otherwise, double rounds of casts for Refresh/Haste and nuking while no healing was needed was nice.
Orophin of course is built like a wall (again, mine is probably super overpowered due to the stat glitch, but should still be able to hit 255 defense on his own regardless) and with Provoke can take a beating from boss's counter attacks and focused single target damage.

Also, I don't understand why Chainspell requires MP to activate: isn't it enough that each of the two spell casts takes the MP of the selected spell? It's kinda looks like punishment for using this command ability if it drains your MP way faster than it should.
And no Limit Breaks? I'm kinda sad.
I used Dag a lot and personally I didn't feel the MP cost of Chainspell was an issue. I'm not sure if you played FFXI or Red Mage in that game, but Refresh was a major spell in their repertoire. I mean if you're going to spam Chainspell then yeah it might drain you pretty quickly, but usually the only time I used it was to get up an initial Refresh/Haste on Dag and from there I used his spells as needed.
As far as Limit Breaks go, they were probably trying to stay true to the older battle systems like FF4/FF6. Some of the abilities later on feel as if they have the power of a Limit Break on their own (especially when you get break damage limit items) so the absence of Limit Breaks really didn't bother me.
