Happy is acting very strangely right now, and I'm not sure how to interpret that. He's not playing to help town at all. It seems like he's got to be just a regular jester,
I'm very concerned that his on-death ability will be disastrous for us, but I'm not sure if that fear is grounded in reality or not. It's probably still the safest bet to just go ahead and lynch him.

Happy, can you explain in more detail why that's a problem? And why 8 people, to be precise? Your role states that the first eight people that vote for you recieve an item, correct? But why can't more people vote?

Happy said the person with the second most votes would also die, because of his ability right?

Unity laid out the reasons why Happy is the right lynch perfectly in her second to last post: It's pretty low risk move in any scenario.
There is, however, the possibility that he has an ability that activates on death (or lynch) and really hurts town.
That's concerning, but such roles are incredibly rare, and I don't think it would be smart to play around the possibility.
