After the scene in the Lindblum Castle throne room following the clearing of the Life Shrine, the green-armored soldier that appeared in the scene stays there afterwards, and doesn't say anything.
The weapons shop in Falgabard Port STILL sells armor just like the armor shop right next to it.
In Aurabolt, if you get a 21 card on the first round, the card doesn't show up on the screen at all.

So, this guy in the bar in Lantz said he really wanted a "Gargan Fossil". I don't recall ever finding one in my previous playthrough. Where might one get ahold of one? Or was that another thing that was removed?

Just as I was leaving the Mage Academy as Oalston, I saw two Vahns! One was at the entrance as he was supposed to be, and the other was still at the bookcase to the right of the entrance!

Since the river path around the Palumpu Post has been blocked off, that chocobo forest right outside the post is now useless, since the chocobo can no longer go anywhere.

Well, if you were looking to completely eliminate all references to Caius, the two NPCs that I remember mentioning it was one of the dragoons in Branch Castle's resturaunt/bar-type area as Hans, and the other was in Mount Branch.
When I was going through Gulgur Volcano, I noticed in the first area that if you open either the chest with the 2 Potions or the chest with the Phoenix Down, the other chest of the two will be automatically opened and you can't get the other item.

So, was Lenadia originally going to be called "Caius"? Because there are a couple of NPCs who refer to a kingdom to the east by that name.
In Mount Branch, there is a red dragoon who doesn't say anything.

So I just started over again to witness the Plus version, and in Branch, I noticed two things:
1. In one of the houses, I opened a chest, and it says that I obtained a "Mithril" with the glove symbol, but I didn't get anything in my inventory.
2. That dragoon in the north part of Branch STILL refers to Vicks as "Biggs".

I just ran out of "NOOOOOO!"s, as I threw all of them at the monitor when I read this. You have my sympathy, man. I really hope you'll be able to both better yourself and get time to work on this again soon. Good luck!
