What's so wrong with 19?

Nothing. In fact it made me happy that at least one person wasn't taking this so seriously.

I'll sign up. This sounds fun.

Don't mind them, Calunio, it looks rad.

Favorite RPG story and why?

JRPG: Mother 3- Even though the identity of the captain is about the least surprising plot twist of all time, the emotional connection to the characters and the balance of screwball humor and tragedy was really excellent.

WRPG: Fallout 1- Ok, so it's not that great of a story, but it did a great job introducing you to the series and had one of the greatest and most bittersweet endings in video game history. It also set up the "Find MacGuffin and then learn about about the real problem" story structure that every Fallout game since followed.

Indy RPG: Barkley, Shut up and Jam Gaiden. It's just such a ludicrous of a concept that (as part of the joke) takes itself so seriously. That and the fact the time it came out was a really fun period at Gaming World shaped my decision.

19. Hands down. When I think of fight between friends I think "out of tune Burger King electronic toy version of Smooth Criminal."

Actually this one is pretty hard to vote for because so many of them went for exactly the same mood (big orchestral/rock end boss) and did an equally good job. None of them really hit both battle and friendship that well, but this was a pretty hard phase. I don't think it was the one I enjoyed the most but I think 10 hits the closest to the mark so my vote is Entry 10

B-but... We can use anything we want.

True, but it's hard to portray "we are friends" and "we have to kick eachother's ass" at the same time.

And Mr. Chearlie if you actually make a song like that I will totally vote for you.

Oh whoops, I guess I just assumed you knew what he said. Sorry about that.

Actually in retrospect it didn't work out as well as I hoped, but someone else could probably pull it off better than I did if they choose to do so. I think this definitely the hardest round to meet all the guidelines.

The RPG Music Challenge

Large, I'm pretty sure most contestants would be fine with people using their entries as long as you ask.

Harmonic, I don't know what soundfonts you use, but may I borrow them?

I'm trying to think of a classy way to persuade people to vote for my entry but I can't think of one.

This was a really good phase though. I think everyone really upped their game and for the most part got the theme down. And thanks to everyone who listened for your comments and criticisms.
