Speaking of Midna I actually wouldn't mind seeing her in another game because she was easily the best sidekick character other than Zelda in Spirit Tracks. The only thing is I don't want to see a return of the twilight realm or Wolf Link. That stuff wasn't appealing to me I just wanted to be Link. So if they can bring Midna back without the wolf I'd be cool with that.
[Poll] Game Titles
Thanks for all your input. That SEO thing is interesting I'd never knew about it.
Yes and more broadly my target audience are people who don't know much about Africa because I want my game to inspire people to learn more about Africa's art and culture. But, I do also want people who know a lot about African culture to play my game and even though I've been learning about Africa for years there will always be people who know more than me and I worry that some of those people won't like how I portray the art and culture of the continent. I know I can't please everyone but I want to try.
I should note that my game is a fantasy of my own creation but it appropriates a huge amount of actual African imagery in order to show people how amazing Africa really is.
Anyway I'm actually glad a lot of you guys seem to like the name "Mashetani Liberation" but all this had me think of another name. How does
"The Land of Mwanga" or simply "Land of Mwanga" sound to you?
Mwanga means light
which I thought was kinda cool and contradictory to the whole outdated title that's Europeans used to call Africa (I'm not going to tell you what they called it because some people find that name offensive)
Point is this new title is meant to oppose that old term for Africa by calling it the land of light
Should I make another poll pitting the title
Mashetani Liberation vs The Land of Mwanga
or would you guys get annoyed if I made another poll about this?

I assume that your target audience is English speakers

Gamer Dreams
Ever had a dream involving video games post it here and share with everyone.
My most recent gamer dream was that I had Kirby as a pet. I fed him dog food (should that have transformed him?) and he floated me to places I needed to go.
I figure it wouldn't be to hard to train Kirby he's intelligent enough that I could teach him not to eat certain things or people, I hope.
My memory isn't great but I think Kirby's Adventure for the NES was the first game I beat I love that little dude.

quick note - ?j? ti Liberation is supposed to be Ojo ti Liberation but the poll didn't recognize the unicode. My bad.
[Poll] Game Titles
I've been working on my game forever and I'm still not sure what the title should be.
I want it to sound good and make sense
Lately, I have been calling it "Mashetani Liberation" which sounds good but out of context of the game, it might not make sense because Mashetani basically means evil spirits or demons in Swahili. If you know Swahili you'd be thinking why the hell would you want to liberate demons. If you play the game (SPOILER ALERT) you find out that the Mashetani were once good spirits who are being controlled to do terrible things.
To me it makes sense but I'm not sure if it would be seen favorably.
So I been looking for another title in case the other doesn't work.
"Wakati wa Liberation" is Swahili for - a time of liberation.
Which is more general and also more inclusive which makes sense because it's mainly people that you try to liberate in the game you just happen to need save the spirits (mashetani) in order to liberate humans
I also like "ọjọ ti Liberation" which is Igbo for - day of Liberation
but I'm afraid people will mispronounce that. The o's in ọjọ are pronounced like the o's in the word got
Finally I thought "Watu Liberation" sounded nice. It's Swahili for - people

Not saving giving a better reward?
I get why you think this would be an interesting idea but in reality it would just be anger inducing don't do it.
Final Fantasy 6 Remake!
Well shoot
Wow that's horrible man you should be able to get a refund. Nintendo systems are usually really well built I still have the original DS and I turned it on yesterday and it worked fine. Sorry man.
A game that's years in the making
Thanks Kentona that's great to know cause I only have a few play testers and I doubt they can find every glitch.
Side Note: (I play test my game a lot)
I have another question should I have credits on a notepad or is having them scroll at the end of the game enough.
In other words whats the formal way people handle this stuff in RPGmaker games.

Thanks for the help.
By the way if my game does get uploaded can I eventually update my game? Since, some player may find glitches that need to be fixed or I may just want to change some thing after hearing player fedd back I figure there must be a way to submit updated games.
Would I have to resubmit the whole game and have it be judged again. Also do I need to delete the old version on the site to make room for the new one.
