Well, not the final because in my limited wisdom, I forgot to fix a grammar error. So when I get off my lazy bum (and this is only if no one says their game crashed with 1.2 version), I'll go fix a few things.

Star Stealing Prince

*O*

Cross your fingers! I'm trying it out!

Edit: the tester that could get the game to crash within 10 minutes hasn't gotten it to crash yet! This sounds really promising guys.

I feel dumb it took me forever to notice that from your screenshot. OTL Thanks. I'll be updated when I get a .3 going (.2 is already uploading at the moment, haha).

I think on the shadow guy, the "goggles" is fine because of the way his hood is. I can't say the same for Pat and Laine however!

I do like the face in the windowskin better than the portrait off to the side. I think that helps to focus on the image above. I would say take out the face in the window too because you don't want to draw the eye away from the scene happening, do you know what I mean? Our focus should be the main image, not the portrait down on the bottom. Though if you must have a face for your own design reasons, I can respect that. Just remember to always have the player focused on the main scene.

@Fanatik: When the error happened, did you go into battle at all beforehand? Or did it happen without having gone into battle?

As I have said previously, for that error, I have no fix for (yet) and when looking at all the information I've gathered from players that have had it happen, I can't guarantee I CAN fix it. It has to do with RPG Maker VX being terrible about memory and thus something (haven't figured out what yet and if I can fix it) causes a memory leak which Windows shuts down.

If anyone is hesitant to play my game because of that, I can say that I am truly sorry, but at this very moment there is nothing I can do (or I would be doing it right now). And I really wouldn't blame you either if you chose not to play my game. It's a terrible error and I do wish I could have it fixed.

I will be releasing a new version soon in which picking up an item won't crash the game randomly.

@DragoonHP: Right there. See that dirt path going into a wall? That's the secret path through the wall. Right across from the scarecrow that mentions secret passages.

I don't know if I like seeing the portrait next to the comic book scenes because from my standpoint right now, I don't see a point for them. I actually like how the smaller ones look to be honest (less clutter on the screen, but that's just my personal preference with portraits). Though I think I'd need to see it in action to see how the portraits work with the rest of the scene in question before I can really say if you should keep portraits during those scenes or just stick with name box and all that.

Though you're going to hate me in a second: is everyone wearing goggles? I know what you're going for, but I always thought it was a lame cheap trick anime used so they didn't have to draw eyes. The point of these scenes is to show you aren't being lazy! (Though, this is personally my view of the goggle-eyes old shows used to do, but I really do think you can do better) I think you should either have their heads more looking down (to warrant the shadow over the eyes), or perhaps just draw in the eyes.

Was it an RGSS2 error? Do you have any information about what kind of error it was? If it was an RGSS2 error, try shutting the game off for a while, try again later. If it persists, try to locate another computer to try it on (or as some people have done, switch which version you're playing--the w/RTP version or the one w/outRTP--sometimes that works apparently).

Volunteers! I need some.

Thank you Gourd! :)

@Fanatik007: You talked to all the scarecrows? How about the one who tells that your parents loved secret passages? To the east of that scarecrow is a secret passage. Just walk into the wall until you walk through it and find the secret passage. :)

@Kaliesto: *hugs* Thank you! I'm glad the presentation stole your heart (I'm sure it also gave it back too...).

Yeah, that is true, but it still makes me sad the problem isn't fixed. If something still sets it off, that means more than likely, other people will still get it at other times. Something gets set up and while it only makes a problem when you get a game over, not everyone will end up being so lucky. Even still, thank you!
