Sonic Retrospective (20th Anniversary)
Hey guys, I'm currently doing a retrospective on the old Sonic games for the 20th anniversary, figured some of you might want to check it out. Part one was uploaded today and looks at Sonic 1 on the Mega Drive (Genesis)
Let me know what you think =)

Beyond the Gate Review
Thank you for the honest review. I agree several improvements could be made to the battle system, whether it be adjusting it and adding more varied skills, or replacing it entirely.
You have pointed out some shortcomings I had not considered, for example, talking about the bed when facing a wall could have been fixed numerous ways. Note to self: More testers than myself and my other half are required in future.
I'm glad you enjoyed it overall though.

Beyond the Gate
Battles have never been my strong point ^^; Originally I was thinking that "Commitment Issues?" would reflect another of Claire's insecurities and that Doubt would be a suitable status effect for that, but I can see the humour in it.
As for the graphics, chipsets were mostly Theodore, charasets were me.
But yes, I agree the battle system could be vastly improved or replaced with something superior.
