I've skipped the bondo stage due to a lack of time and funds. I might make a second suit next year using HD pep files which I'll definately bondo.
The stripe along the middle of the head was supposed to be a different colour, but the colour on the can was a lot lighter than the colour that came out - there's almost no difference XD

Well, first of all, we mix some of the resin with liquid hardener and literally paint it on the outside and leave that to dry so the piece can withstand step two. In step two, we take a mat sheet of the glass, cut it up into small strips, mix up some more resin, dip the strips into the resin then put them inside the piece, making sure to push them into all the corners and such (one strip at a time of course).
Once the inside is glassed it should be quite durable, we can then move onto painting it, adding padding inside, and in the case of the helmet, fitting a visor XD

Finally got around to resining! Literally just came in from the first round after a rather ominous black cloud started to hover overhead.
Time for pics methinks.
Remember, always do this in a well ventilated area, wear gloves, and wear a respirator.
The pieces begin to gather.
More pieces left to dry.
Remember your supplies!
We're gonna get the helmets glassed ASAP =)

Now finishing off the final pieces of the armour, got some fiberglass today, gonna start glassing these up ready for painting next week. Watch this thread for pics.
Home Exercises?
Thanks guys. As you assumed, my experience with this stuff is an absolute zero. I was thinking of just starting with simple stuff like push ups, whatever that thing is where you lay down and pull your whole upper body up (I wanna say pull ups, but that sounds like somethign a baby would wear), and jogging.
There are a couple of gyms near my house, I'll take a look at what memberships they have and how much they charge.

Home Exercises?
Hey guys, I've been wanting to build my arms up a little then actually tone them as my arms are not exactly something I'm proud of. Does anyone know some good exercises I could do at home to get some decent results?
Obviously I don't expect anything that will work instantly and I appreciate that I'd need to keep at any exercise with a regular schedule for a good few months before I noticed any changes.

Fitting an LED with an actual display would be a little extreme. I was thinking of just painting it black, maybe making a stencil of the numbers to paint on at most.
