You can post links to the RTP since it's freely distributable.
What you're not supposed to do is share downloads for the RPG Maker program.

For anybody who needs the RPG Maker 2003 RTP, get it here:

That rar file contains both the most common and less common RTP. You can install both on your comp, though the one that needs to have a .bat file run after installation to decompress the mp3s to wav doesn't fully install properly on Win7 (I forget which one that is).

FYI, this isn't an RPG Maker 2003 game.

It's actually a Sim RPG Maker 95 game.

In the Description it says:
"Update to download file as of Apr 14, 2010:"
And on the download page it says:
"Shukumei Star II download file (updated Apr 14, 2010)"

However, both should say "Apr 14, 2011"

need help finding rpg maker games

I need help finding a game with a pregnancy and birth system for rpg maker 2000 or 2003. the pregnancy and birth system has to be like "Violated Heroine" but not like one time pregnancy and birth, but anytime.

Why not just copy that code from Violated Heroine and modify it to suit your...uhh, needs.

I doubt you're going to find an RM game, even a Japanese one, that has the exact "feature" you're looking for.

This coincides with his request for beta testers that he made on RMRK's forum--his last reply was on April 2011 where he stated that in a few weeks there would be a new demo:

So, although the new demo hasn't been released yet, it doesn't look like this game's dead yet either.
