Anyone need a RPG VX mapper?
@Thiamor I'm sure its possible to do that like Final Fantasy games. But I'm not the person to do it. You might want to make a post or see if the menu is already made.
@Max Its an open world like Morrowind or Oblivion... without NPCs, quests or enemies. Instead of having an overworld map its like Secret of Mana or Zelda.

Would this work on RM ?
I've been mapping for the sake of mapping, so I'm getting a little big world going that I'm thinking about just passing it around from person to person so they can add more maps or add quests. Its an unpopulated world.

I've been busy... I just make maps now.
I put together a quick 6 level puzzle game that I submit to the site. If you get really good you can beat it in 6 minutes.
But I've come up with a lot of different gameplay elements... because I just make maps. With all of my random maps that I make, I started connecting them into a world like Secret of Mana.
43 50x50 maps (dungeons / exteriors) and 66 interiors.

Greatest Games You've Played
I'm in the final levels of Half Life 1.
Where you're on the black mesa with helicopters and land mines and a fortress and then you're at the side of the mesa itself. The controls become so messed up from inprescision that I'd rather be clinging to the side of a mesa getting shot at and shooting back MYSELF than to deal with the game's inprescision. Uggg.
