Thats strange!
Did you removed the RPG_RT.EXE from LoH and replaced it with a RPG_RT.EXE from another RM2K o RM2K3 game?
Because LoH its made in RM2k, and if you put and RPG_RT.EXE from a RM2K3 game, it will not work from the Battle system
If you opened with RM2K3 editor, the game will not work, because de Data base will be replaced for RM2K3, if you want to opne it with the editor, use RM2K only, and neve replace the RPG_RT.EXE original from LoH, it has some patchs, like "open load menu"

I'm Aware of the key system feature, it was sowrst at that time, and always I mentioned in the MeD Tutorial how to use it.
If you are using a controller, i do not recomend to use a controller, in my case, i cannot use them, it always keeps going up, so i use the keyboard
Hope u can play it again, when i release the new version, with ne features as CMS, CBS and the puzles engines upgraded too, so im going to change the "sheft+enter" formula :)

New Engine, a Custom Menu System, COMPLETED
author=Dyhaltoi got plenty of time in this "confinment" time here in spain, but, if you want some tricks, get all the characters you need (in LoH theres 9 full playable characters), organice their Stats, and focus on the first characters and prepare it for the others, so it can get more effcicieny and fast doing it

I've been working on a CMS for longer than that, and yours is way cooler :| I guess this is to be expected from a master of the engine.

Does this use the base RM2k3 that is available now or the maniac patch version? Just curious about which version is being used.
Its in the Oficial RM2K3 1.12a, no patches, no manicas, no pluguins, only pure 2k3

For the Black knight i uploaded a video on my Youtube chanel, you can see it on how to kill it, also, for the next stage
The final part is more difficult, just by one reason, the "satisfying moment" and you will feel it, at the third scenario when you beat the black night and the "escape" and killing the spiders and you confront at last... the final battle.... :)
You can save in all world maps, and in the beggining, lvl up to max lvl 7, the battle against the skeletons will be far more easy

And thanks for playing and your review, i know the translation its not all good as i wanted, its all my level, and i think there are some places i missed to translate, i agree with a lot of your points... but there are one that just killed me... and is this one:

nearly half the musics are from "mods" another half, are from other RPGs, like Zelda, lufia, Final fantasy (only 2!!) tales of phantasia, ogre battle.., and the rest, outside from videogames
