Thank you for your feedback, i fixed some of these problems, it is now available the V1.19 to download.
in Fargote, Maximum level is 7, and is good enough to beat up all 8 skeletons if you uses Aesierh wisely.
Thnks, i mistake to preview the characters filenames, it was "señora.xyz" its now renamed at "senyora.xyz" in V1.19, also i added a Savepoint in Treko.

Why can I not level up beyond L7 ???
Been in the mines for over an hour...shows that I'm earning exp
but only the money increases.
Also,I downloaded the game from this site and
all the saves are taken up with various stages in the game.
Someone else' game ???

you cant progress past the village with the blue haired girl...because everytime you try to enter this one house you get an error about it not being ble to open senora.xyz i assume rpg maker cant handle the tilde thing. ALSO its incredibly fucking annoying to not be able to save. since you cant get to the orld map until you see the elder. and i havent found any save points you have to redo the fucking 8 skeleton fight and the long ass fucking cutscene just to get back to the village

I'm Soeufans, a user from the spanish comunity and the administrator of hellsoft.net (first spanish comunity of rpgmaker)
I use the RPGmaker series since 2000, i'm so old now :D but that's not a problem...
I joined rpgmaker.net some months ago and published my game, now i translated it to english, hope you enjoy it!
In my first days of RPGmaking i created a lot of Examples on how to do certain things with RPGmaker.
I'm pretty good ad programing engines with RPG maker 2000 and 2003, and now with RPG maker 2009 ultimate with pluguins! and with the manage of the Pictures and special efects.
Here are my games:

Tale of the Twin Knights
I played the game, and i only spend the points to have 5 SK first, second in Power, and the rest on HP, its a matter of luck to win the battles without using any other skill... and killing God in 2 turn lol
But i enjoyed playing it, good work :)

Wow, i tried this new pluguin, i also liked changing the angle and the sheet properties into a image, it could save some extra coding!

first of all, il tell some bugs i found.
No BMP file usage in chipsets
using some chipsets from Data base fails, i cheked it and chipsets with ID Nº0009 and Nº0013 fails with an error trying to open something wrong WTF
now, the good ones!
anyway, im testing this new pluguin, and besides is still new, it works great!
Hope you release a new version with new features, as to animated tiles and custom sprites (like the koopa and mentinoed in the readme too) and other future efects like a second rendered mode 7, like in Dark world of Terranigma.
but, with all this, thank you for this plugion! you empowered 2k3 a little more, and i like it! :)
By the way, i was testing this pluguin and managed to do this!

I managed to animate the chipset in mode 7 using my old skills animations on chipsets
i managed to test thes "zooms" in mode 7 too, it looks great.
also, i put an image in the horizon using the blending pluguin image, man, with these pluguins combined, we can do great works!!
