okay so i got all the dope fish and the computer but what do i do now? i enter the names and nothing happens it just says do you accept? and i click yes but nothing happens

You fight the people in the secret arena at the top of zone 0. You should see a set of stairs that make no sense.

Viola is hidden in zone 2, in the first floor of the library. Check the very back, you should see a marker on the ground.

Later, she's in zone 3, in area 3 after you fall down the pipes. The pipes on the right will be open and she will be in there. buy a book from her, you need that in zone 4.

In zone 4, in the first floor of the library there, there's a door that is locked, and requires a book to open, use the book on that door and inside is viola.

Now, later in the game, you'll find Viola inside zone 0's basement, she has a shop that sells rare items.

and if you know what im talking about will saying "im afraid he ran away" to the 3 guardians effect my ending?

You have to beat The Witness, the paper tells you not to attack her directly, as she has a counter attack parameter.

Zach can be fought as a bonus fight.

You are supposed to say "I'm afraid he ran away."

are you playing on hard puzzle mode? 57892 is no longer the password on hard mode.

If you're not playing on hard mode. 57892 is a password for an elsen, the floor number to get to the main Postal service is 10258,as told to you by the elsen gathering in the bottom left area of the 1st floor.

The basement elsen gives you a clue as to why these elsen give you the correct floor number.

Yes, I am playing hard puzzle mode. Most of these I have managed to solve on my own with a little thinking, but I am now stuck.

I have already gotten onto the postal service floor, but the password to get in to Dedan's(?) office is where I am stuck. Is it the order of the poem bits? After unlocking all the doors, that order is unclear. I have tried
