UPRC'S PROFILE

Well I think a lot of people probably suffer from "I don't like to hear my own voice in recordings" syndrome. I know that I can't stand it because I always think that I sound completely stupid, so I can get where YDS is coming from.

So within one month, it will be 2011. This month has gone by incredibly fast, but I'll blame that on the fact that I'm growing older.

For people who take their New Year's resolutions seriously, what do you have in mind for 2011? How likely do you feel you will be able to meet your resolutions?

I'm just giving myself one resolution, lose weight. It'll actually be a bit of a challenge for me I think, since I'm a big guy and I come from a big family, so I have my work cut out for me! But come January 1, I'll be 100% devoted to it. Gotta be happy and healthy, after all.

If you want to clean up your recordings, check out GoldWave. It has all sorts of neat editing features and is free to use, too. A good alternative to bigger programs that cost money, I think.

Still playing Gran Turismo 5. It's really trying my patience.

I bought a Lambourghini Murcielago which apparently handles like ass and can't take a single corner without sliding into the closest wall.

The kicker is that it only cost about 250,000 or credits, but to repair it - when there is no visible damage at all - costs 500,000 credits. Something doesn't seem right here....

What's wrong with the mic that you are using now? Your voice always sounded good with it, very clear. No problems understanding anything you said.
