Nice game. What plugin did you use to zoom in that much to the MC?

SRD's Camera core. I thought it was a popular choice. I'm surprised some people haven't heard of it haha.

Any FAQ cutting down on the lag? I've run a different MV game without problems, so maybe it's one or a couple plugins.

Is it rendering the whole map at all times? Because for all the in-your-face closeup zoom, it doesn't seem to run faster.

The dash stamina system is kinda annoying. Traveling through places with no combat or traps whatsoever gets bogged down.

Lag is due to your PC specs. I'm still finding a way to optimize the game to run better on potato systems since it has over 120+ plugins installed. (So far, the game has little to no lag on mine, and i3/i5/AMD FM2-3+ systems that have at least NVIDIA Geforce 750 cards). The preloader plugin also causes a heavy memory leak unfortunately. MV has a lot of limitations and I'm afraid I may have to jump to a different engine if this continues.

I also want to have the dash stamina system to have a purpose, not just be some gimmick that people will end up abusing to get to places quickly (I mean, what's the purpose of a dash button if it's going to be INFINITE?)

To offset the system, the game will have vehicles and warp pads to get you to places quickly, especially overworld maps. There are also minigames, events, puzzles, and items that will have you use the dash stamina system to full use. I get that there is a great distaste of dash stamina systems in the whole RPG Maker community, but some games pull it well. I don't tolerate laziness.

Got an Error on Startup that prevented me from playing the game:
TypeError: cannot read property 'blendModes' of undefined

That's probably due to Khas's Ultra Graphics not agreeing with your graphics card. If not, have you tried updating it yet?

Lie of Caelum

@ThomasSmith Good to see another familiar username! I'd appreciate it. Just a bit of a warning on lag it may cause on lower-end PC's though, haha. The game has a lot of plugins and graphic-intensive lighting.

Footnote:
You must have at least a decent NVIDIA/AMD video card (minimum is probably the 500 series, but let me know if any of your old gfx and on-board gfx work) to run this game. Otherwise, you will be faced with errors. This is mostly due to Khas' Ultimate Graphics requiring them.

First of all, thanks for the interest and the sub!
The current download link is old since I removed the new version due to some game-breaking bugs. I suggest downloading the game again (Since I just updated it now) to make sure if it works.

EDIT: Nevermind haha! Yeah, the requirements for this game are kind of towards the higher end PC's due to the lightning and several plugins.

Who did your animations? Could they help me with my game or do they know somebody who can help me with them?

Not sure if that question was a joke or not, but I did the animations lmao. As for helping, that's a maybe. If you want to contact me through PM or discord, feel free to do so!

Demo is updated! (READ THIS FIRST!)

Depending on your OS, you may need a file extension like .ogg in the end. But for the most part, you don't have to.

Demo is updated! (READ THIS FIRST!)

I may have found out the cause of that.
Go to audio > bgm and find Dungeon 5. Rename it to "
[Dungeon5] Junaguni Ruins ユナグニ遺跡
" without the quotes. Try loading your game again after.

It may be compressor messing up the naming so RPGMV couldn't load the file, since it's being used for that particular dungeon. I tried it and it worked.

(And it got me a bit aggravated lmao!)
